• Two Pound Density Foam – Foam is 1.5 times as dense as that of the OEM factory cover. Denser foam equals less dead air space which means less water absorption.

• 4 mill Plastic Water Barrier – Some competitors use a 1 to 2 mill plastic similar to a garbage bag. I sell a 4 mill painters drop cloth plastic which is a tear resistant and keeps the integrity of the water-tight seal.

• Heat Seal Plastic – To ensure the best results a special hot melt tape and heat seal the plastic to create an air and water barrier around the foam.

• Solid Vinyl Liner – Unlike many factory covers that have a mesh bottom or single sided liner allowing for small particles to enter and puncture the plastic, I offer a reinforced, double-sided, solid vinyl bottom,

• Foam Tapers – I offer a 4” to 2” as well as a 5” to 3” taper foam, allowing water to drain faster and more efficiently and minimizing water sitting on the cover.

• 2” 20 Gauge Heavy Galvanized Steel Beam – The beam, the strongest in the industry, runs along the back taper on each side to strengthen and support the cover.
